Allison Tien practices primarily in business and corporate transactions. She also focuses on intellectual property law, in activities such as formation of business entities, drafting various agreements, patents, copyrights and trademark registrations.

Her experience includes structuring and formation of various business entities; drafting governing documents, service agreements, intellectual property agreements, and non-disclosure agreements; conducting and analyzing intellectual property due diligence with respect to filing for and procuring patents; trademark and copyright advising; and registration. Allison has worked in various industries, including international finance and banking, restaurant and food service, software engineering, valve manufacturing, oil and gas, music, arts and entertainment, real estate and tax. Additionally, Allison regularly assists in a variety of litigation and transactional matters in immigration and family law.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys drawing illustrations, reading novels and learning to play various musical instruments. She also loves to spend time with family and friends both in the kitchen and traveling the world.
